Sorting my health out!

No drug taking! - by my serious drug taking i mean i had a toke off a spliff last week, or be it the week before, some time during freshers, but then decided against having any more as i have a friend who caned it and ended up, well in a bad way, Alcohol and Weed do not mix, at all! Haha!!

And every other drug I take*, including alcohol and tobacc…. whey steady on mate one step at a time, right I’ll not drink anymore than my weekly recommended allowance of alcohol, and I only smoke about 5 fags (roll ups) a day anyway, which shall decrease as the winter months come in as it rains a lot in Manchester, and we can’t smoke in halls. GOSH DARN IT!

But yes to help me monitor my drinking, I’ll start from the last time i remember drinking, which was last Saturday, where I polished off a bottle of wine, totalling in 9 units, I’m allowed around 14units a week as far as i remember, at least from now on that’s what i shall be allowing myself, although Saturday was technically last week I’m only allowing myself a further 5 units of alcohol until next Saturday (i find Saturday to be a fitting day to start the drinking week as it is the most likely day of the week to find myself in a binge-situation)

I also need to eat food other than frozen veg and rice i have found out, 1 meal a day with 3 cups of coffee, 5 fags and a few rich tea biscuits DO NOT qualify as a healthy diet, for example i am STARVING, but i has no foods in :( 

On the upside it is bedtime now anyway so I’ll pop in to Tesco on the way to my 9am lecture on the other side of manchester and get myself a banana and a breakfast bar of sorts. Boom!

I also need to remember i need to do a presentation on the Merlin rolls-royce engine that was on the spitfire for next Monday too. And i have another maths exam on Friday, and i think i have a physics one on matter and energy on Wednesday too, oh shite, unis going well.
